Nous sommes soumis constamment aux obligations de mentions, de territoires ou d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient. Il me parait normal que la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 soit \u00e9tablie AOC ou non. Et bien pour la provenance des huiles, il y a un autre discours : c&rsquo;est interdit !!<\/p>\n<p>Je trouve cela aberrant. Un protectionnisme particulier \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre sans \u00ab\u00a0discrimination\u00a0\u00bb les origines des huiles europ\u00e9ennes\u00a0? Je ne sais pas, mais j&rsquo;ai parfois rencontr\u00e9 des vendeurs m&rsquo;affirmant des lieux d&rsquo;origine de leur huile qui changeaient de discours quand on approfondissait le sujet\u00a0! Je comprend mieux pourquoi cette largesse g\u00e9ographique pour certains me disant que leurs huiles \u00e9taient fran\u00e7aises alors qu&rsquo;elles \u00e9taient espagnoles ou italiennes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La provenance des huiles &#8230; floues.
