{"id":534,"date":"2009-09-07T05:00:19","date_gmt":"2009-09-07T04:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/journal\/?p=534"},"modified":"2013-12-05T11:14:58","modified_gmt":"2013-12-05T10:14:58","slug":"la-bio-perversion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/?p=534","title":{"rendered":"La bio-perversion !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les aliments bio ne rallongent pas la vie, mais ils ne la raccourcissent pas non plus !<br \/>Un rapport s&rsquo;\u00e9vertue \u00e0 nous mettre le doute, et bien que je ne sois pas un adepte de la mode du bio, il n&rsquo;arrivera pas \u00e0 ses fins.<\/p>\n<div>Une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude de la Food Standard Agency (\u00e9quivalent de l\u2019Afsaa fran\u00e7aise) met en doute les vertus nutritives du bio.<br \/>Ce rapport tente de jeter le discr\u00e9dit sur les aliments produits de fa\u00e7on naturelle. Mais qu&rsquo;en ai t&rsquo;il ?<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Faut-il croire au bio\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le bio est-il meilleur\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une question qui d\u00e9tourne les probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9els et que les mentalit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises savent aussi tourner en boucle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce rapport britannique stipule que \u00ab\u00a0les aliments bio ne pr\u00e9sentent aucun avantage nutritionnel par rapport aux aliments issus de l\u2019agriculture<em> conventionnelle (1)\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Personne n&rsquo;a dit le contraire, enfin personne de cens\u00e9. Prot\u00e9ger notre plan\u00e8te et ne pas polluer notre organisme ne suffisent-il pas comme argument ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il va sans dire que nous parlons ici de \u00ab\u00a0cultures\u00a0\u00bb et non de \u00ab\u00a0productions\u00a0\u00bb Bio. Je m&rsquo;explique.<\/strong><br \/> Je suis un adepte de la culture Bio, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un \u00e9levage ou d&rsquo;une agriculture respectueuse de son environnement.<br \/> Mais je ne supporte plus tous ces produits \u00ab\u00a0Bio\u00a0\u00bb qui sont loins d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques et qui n&rsquo;h\u00e9sites pas \u00e0 int\u00e9grer \u00e9mulsifiants, huiles de palmes, et autres \u00ab\u00a0ajouts\u00a0\u00bb Bio mais \u00ab\u00a0inutiles\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 une alimentation saine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disons-le une bonne fois pour toute<\/strong>, afin que les \u00ab\u00a0extr\u00e9mistes\u00a0\u00bb du bio ou les irr\u00e9ductibles du conventionnel ne nous \u00ab\u00a0gonflent\u00a0\u00bb plus en pol\u00e9miques st\u00e9riles :<br \/><strong>Le Bio n&rsquo;est pas meilleur que les autres produits !! Ce sont ceux qui utilisent pesticides et fongicides qui sont mauvais.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sur ce sujet le magazine Marianne explique<em> (1)<\/em> \u00ab\u00a0Certains sont pass\u00e9s ma\u00eetre dans l\u2019art d\u2019inverser les probl\u00e8mes pour discr\u00e9diter l\u2019adversaire. En cours de philo, on appelait \u00e7a un sophisme. Demain nous serons certainement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate sociologique command\u00e9e par le gouvernement chinois, laquelle concluera, apr\u00e8s avoir interrog\u00e9 des ch\u00f4meurs d\u00e9pressifs fran\u00e7ais, des condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9 allemands et des canc\u00e9reux en phase terminale italiens, que la d\u00e9mocratie ne rend pas les peuples occidentaux plus heureux. Et les Chinois auront raison. Mais si, mais si\u00a0! Que faudra-t-il leur r\u00e9pondre\u00a0: Non ce n\u2019est pas la d\u00e9mocratie qui est le paradis, c\u2019est votre dictature qui est l\u2019enfer. N\u2019oublions jamais la d\u00e9licieuse formule de Winston Churchill \u00e0 propos du suffrage universel\u00a0:\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est le pire des syst\u00e8mes, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de tous les autres\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
