C&rsquo;est le moins que l&rsquo;on puisse dire, mais cette coloration n&rsquo;apporte t&rsquo;elle pas un lot de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments plus importants que pr\u00e9vus ?<\/p>\n<div>\n<p id=\"mna-chapo\">Les bonbons ! Petites r\u00e9compenses, substituts de tendresses, compensations alimentaires ou d\u00e9r\u00e8glements r\u00e9els ? Le d\u00e9bat sur le r\u00f4le des bonbons est long. Les premiers bonbons remontent d\u00e9j\u00e0 aux Romains qui fabriquaient des sucreries \u00e0 base de miel. Mais \u00e0 force de vouloir \u00ab\u00a0attirer\u00a0\u00bb le petit enfant vers un univers color\u00e9 et amusant, les colorants ont pris une place importante et non moins inqui\u00e9tante. Diverses associations europ\u00e9ennes demandent l\u2019interdiction de certains colorants qui favoriseraient l\u2019hyperactivit\u00e9. La revue \u00ab\u00a0QueChoisir\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 \u00e9galement souvent d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 cette vie en rose acidul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le (BEUC) Bureau europ\u00e9en des unions de consommateurs et 41 organisations d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ont r\u00e9clam\u00e9, en avril 2008 d\u00e9j\u00e0, l\u2019interdiction dans l&rsquo;Union Europ\u00e9enne de 6 colorants en raison de leur lien possible avec l&rsquo;hyperactivit\u00e9 de certains enfants. Se basant sur une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lancet\/article\/PIIS0140673607613063\/abstract\" hreflang=\"fr\">\u00e9tude britannique<\/a> publi\u00e9e fin 2007 par la revue m\u00e9dicale \u00ab\u00a0The Lancet\u00a0\u00bb, un principe de pr\u00e9caution devaient \u00eatre propos\u00e9 sur la base des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<br \/>Conservateur :<br \/>&#8211; benzoate de sodium ( E211)<br \/>Colorants :<br \/>&#8211; jaune orange (E110), cramoisine (E122), tartrazine (E102), ponceau 4R (E124), jaune de quinol\u00e9ine (E104) et allura red AC (E129).<\/p>\n<p>Mais la <a href=\"http:\/\/docshare.beuc.org\/Common\/GetFile.asp?ID=25345&amp;mfd=off&amp;LogonName=Guestfr\" hreflang=\"fr\">lettre ouverte<\/a> adress\u00e9e \u00e0 Androulla Vassiliou (Commissaire europ\u00e9en \u00e0 la Sant\u00e9) qui proposait \u00ab\u00a0de mettre en \u0153uvre le principe de pr\u00e9caution et de protection du consommateur\u00a0\u00bb trouva comme seule r\u00e9ponse que les preuves de cette \u00e9tude, selon l&rsquo;EFSA n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas pas suffisantes pour modifier la politique europ\u00e9enne en mati\u00e8re de colorants alimentaires et je cite \u00ab\u00a0n&rsquo;apportait que des preuves limit\u00e9es d&rsquo;un l\u00e9ger effet sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;attention de certains enfants\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<div><strong><br \/><\/strong>Monique Goyens, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du BEUC insiste :<br \/>\u00abIl est inacceptable de laisser sur le march\u00e9 des substances clairement suspect\u00e9es d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;hyperactivit\u00e9 chez les enfants, d&rsquo;autant plus qu&rsquo;elles n&rsquo;ont aucune valeur ajout\u00e9e si ce n&rsquo;est que de colorer la nourriture\u00bb et ajoute \u00abL&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne doit faire passer la sant\u00e9 de ses consommateurs les plus vuln\u00e9rables avant tout autre int\u00e9r\u00eat\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mais en 2009, selon l\u2019Agence europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments (AESA), plus de 40% des confiseries comportant du colorant, ne seraient pas conformes \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation. Des composants interdits seraient pr\u00e9sents !<br \/> Dans ce contexte, la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Consommation, de la Concurrence et de la R\u00e9pression des Fraudes recherche la trace de deux colorants non-autoris\u00e9s : l\u2019amarante E123 et l\u2019\u00e9rythrosine E127.<br \/> R\u00e9sultat : 42% des bonbons seraient non conformes \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur et de plus les erreurs arrivent \u00e0 cause de l&#8217;emballage.<br \/>En effet, certains composants non mentionn\u00e9s entrent dans la composition des bonbons et l&rsquo;inverse est valable aussi, des ingr\u00e9dient non pr\u00e9sent dans le bonbon sont mentionn\u00e9s sur l&#8217;emballage. De quoi devenir \u00ab\u00a0rouge cochenille\u00a0\u00bb de col\u00e8re ou \u00ab\u00a0vert azo\u00efque\u00a0\u00bb de rage.<\/p>\n<p>Quand nous \u00e9tions petits, mon fr\u00e8re et moi, mangions les sucreries que faisaient notre maman. Du sucre et de l&rsquo;eau coul\u00e9 dans des coquillages ramass\u00e9s \u00e0 la mer.
