{"id":511,"date":"2009-10-05T05:00:34","date_gmt":"2009-10-05T04:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/journal\/?p=511"},"modified":"2013-12-05T16:07:53","modified_gmt":"2013-12-05T15:07:53","slug":"don-de-soi-don-de-sang","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/?p=511","title":{"rendered":"Don de soi, don de sang"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je donne, le plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement possible, mon sang et mon plasma \u00e0 l&rsquo;EFS, mais en contre-partie leur petite collation n&rsquo;est pas la bienvenue.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>La moindre des choses que l&rsquo;on pourrait attendre de l&rsquo;EFS [\u00c9tablissement Fran\u00e7ais du Sang], serait une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;on sert aux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles.<br \/>Pour des raisons que je comprend tout a fait, un donneur doit \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9. Leur questionnaire est en effet des plus pr\u00e9cis, afin de pister le moindre comportement g\u00eanant et dangereux pour la collecte du sang. Mais le comportement alimentaire ne semble pas les int\u00e9resser. Je suis s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une simple n\u00e9gligence.<br \/>Ironiquement, je pourrais ajouter qu&rsquo;ils ne prennent pas soin de leurs clients b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. Il ne faudrait pas les rendre malades non plus.<br \/>Une fois entr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;EFS vers 10h30, on me propose une collation du matin, afin de bien s&rsquo;assurer que je ne sois pas \u00e0 jeun.<br \/>Jus d&rsquo;oranges, lait ou caf\u00e9, croissants, pains au chocolat, madeleines industrielles, etc. Ces menus ne correspondant pas \u00e0 mon alimentation, je d\u00e9cline. A ce stade, je per\u00e7ois des regards interrog\u00e9s par tant de refus. De toute fa\u00e7on, j&rsquo;\u00e9vite le sujet, car j&rsquo;ai tendance \u00e0 partir dans de longues conf\u00e9rences de couloirs.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le clou du spectacle est \u00e0 la fin !! Le petit repas ou la collation, presque obligatoire, qui vous est servie regorge parfois de surprises. <br \/>Si vous choisissez un repas chaud, vous aurez un plat cuisin\u00e9, sorti du cong\u00e9lateur et r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 au micro-ondes, \u00e0 base de viandes ou de poissons. Est-ce bien n\u00e9cessaire ?<br \/><strong>Sucre :<\/strong> Je pr\u00e9sume saccharose ou commun\u00e9ment sucre blanc raffin\u00e9.<br \/><strong>Le glucose-fructose :<\/strong> C&rsquo;est insupportable de voir cet ingr\u00e9dient partout depuis quelques temps. J&rsquo;en parle longuement dans <a href=\"http:\/\/stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/index.php?post\/2009\/06\/02\/Gambetta%2C-l-ap%C3%A9ritif-sans-alcool-%21\">cet article.<\/a><br \/><strong>Acidifiant :<\/strong> \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s acide, comme toute notre alimentation moderne.<\/p>\n<p>Le E127 est un compos\u00e9 de benz\u00e8ne: [sel disodique ou dipotassique de l&rsquo;acide (t\u00e9traiodo-2,4,5,7 hydroxy-6 oxo-3 3H-xanth\u00e9nyl-9)-2 benz\u00e8necarboxylique ou t\u00e9traiodo-2,4,5,7 fluoresc\u00e9ine] et ce colorant nomm\u00e9 aussi <strong>erythrosine<\/strong> ne m&rsquo;est pas inconnu.<br \/>On peut lire sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.les-additifs-alimentaires.com\/E127.php\" hreflang=\"fr\">http:\/\/www.les-additifs-alimentaires.com\/E127.php<\/a><br \/><strong>Les risques de ce produit :<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; Risque d&rsquo;allergie (notamment asthme, urticaire, prurit)<br \/>&#8211; Canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne (cancers de la thyro\u00efde chez le rat)<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fenseurs de ce genre d&rsquo;additifs se cachent toujours derri\u00e8re la DJA [Dose Journali\u00e8re Autoris\u00e9e]. Absurde !! M\u00eame si la quantit\u00e9 est infinit\u00e9simale, la multiplication se retrouve dans notre alimentation avec chaque industriel qui y va de son additif.
