Dans chaque produit BIO, vous trouverez du bon et du mauvais.<br \/>Les saucissons n&rsquo;\u00e9chappent pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Bien que le saucisson ne soit pas un aliment quotidien, ce petit plaisir occasionnel doit respecter plusieurs r\u00e8gles, pour peu que l&rsquo;on s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation. Je pr\u00e9sume que cela doit \u00eatre le cas si vous parcourez mes articles.<\/p>\n<p>1) La viande de porc doit \u00eatre respectueuse de l&rsquo;animal, de la plan\u00e8te. Pour s&rsquo;en convaincre, il suffit de lire mon livre ou parcourir une explication tir\u00e9e du livre de William Reymond (Toxic) sur le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planete-attitude.fr\/forum\/topics\/xxxxie-century-food-ou?page=2&amp;commentId=2375131%3AComment%3A221081&amp;x=1#2375131Comment221081\" hreflang=\"fr\">site Plan\u00e8te Attitude<\/a>. Vous avez le choix, soit entre une viande de porc BIO, soit une viande de porc d&rsquo;un \u00e9leveur respectueux. Choisissez alors un \u00e9leveur local, quelqu&rsquo;un en qui vous avez confiance, un \u00e9leveur qui vous montre ses b\u00eates !<\/p>\n<p>2) Les ingr\u00e9dients doivent \u00eatre simples.<\/p>\n<p>Comparez les deux \u00e9tiquettes ci-dessous. Deux saucissons BIO, certifi\u00e9s !! et pourtant mon choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 naturellement fait pour le second. De plus, personnellement, je l&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bon.<\/p>\n<h3>Saucisson n\u00b0 1 :<\/h3>\n<p>Viande de porc, sel, <strong>sirop de glucose<\/strong>, <strong>lactose<\/strong>, \u00e9pices, <strong>sucre<\/strong>, <strong>conservateur<\/strong> : <strong>salp\u00eatre<\/strong>. <strong>Ferments<\/strong><br \/>Un saucisson bio avec du glucose et du lactose ? Pourquoi ? et du sucre pour att\u00e9nuer le go\u00fbt acide du salp\u00eatre ?<\/p>\n<p>Et au fait \u00ab\u00a0qu&rsquo;est ce que le salp\u00eatre ?\u00a0\u00bb.
