J&rsquo;ai aussi particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des formations, \u00e0 des conf\u00e9rences et des ateliers cuisine au centre \u00ab\u00a0Kan Ya MaKan Rdda\u00a0\u00bb de F\u00e8s et au centre des arts culinaires de Sal\u00e9. Et ce qui m&rsquo;a particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9 et impressionn\u00e9, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il y a une notion de prise en charge des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et il y a une notion de bouger ensemble. Et \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame exceptionnel. Personne n&rsquo;est laiss\u00e9 sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9. Il y a une mouvance qui se fait de fa\u00e7on fraternelle. C&rsquo;est vraiment impressionnant et c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s important en cuisine. Quel message souhaitez-vous transmettre aux jeunes lorsque vous parlez d&rsquo;alimentation? L&rsquo;alimentation se valorise sur trois dimensions. Il y a une dimension \u00e9conomique, il y a une dimension \u00e9cologique et une dimension de bien-\u00eatre. Et ce sont ces trois valeurs, en fait, qu&rsquo;il faut inculquer jour apr\u00e8s jour parce qu&rsquo;on a du mal quand on commence la cuisine \u00e0 comprendre tout ce que cela peut impliquer dans nos vies et dans notre monde.<\/p>\n<h4>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous a le plus marqu\u00e9 dans vos \u00e9changes avec les apprentis de l&rsquo;AMESIP ?<\/h4>\n<p>Ce qui m&rsquo;a le plus marqu\u00e9, c&rsquo;est cette&#8230; Je les observe quand ils cuisinent. En fait, il y a des prises d&rsquo;initiatives, il y a du dynamisme. On arrive \u00e0 observer, en fait, le trait de caract\u00e8re de quelqu&rsquo;un en l&rsquo;observant, en d\u00e9coupant, en rangeant, en nettoyant, en anticipant et en prenant des initiatives. Et c&rsquo;est \u00e7a, en fait, qui est important. Et cette aptitude-l\u00e0, qu&rsquo;ils ont eue, m&rsquo;a toujours impressionn\u00e9, que ce soit \u00e0 Sal\u00e9 ou \u00e0 F\u00e8s. C&rsquo;est une dynamique, en fait, assez particuli\u00e8re que j&rsquo;ai rarement v\u00e9cue.<\/p>\n<h4>Que souhaitez-vous que chacun retienne et applique apr\u00e8s vos ateliers et conf\u00e9rences ?<\/h4>\n<p>Une chose simple, ne plus manger, mais se nourrir. Il faut qu&rsquo;il y ait un changement int\u00e9rieur pour que \u00e7a s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Son monde, le monde, tourne autour d&rsquo;un bien-\u00eatre qui est n\u00e9cessaire.
