M\u00eame si pour la \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance alimentaire\u00a0\u00bb, ce n&rsquo;est plus un scoop. Faisons un focus sur le r\u00e9sultat !<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:348\">Les \u00e9mulsifiants alimentaires sont des additifs couramment utilis\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;industrie agroalimentaire pour am\u00e9liorer la texture des aliments et prolonger leur dur\u00e9e de conservation. Ils sont pr\u00e9sents dans de nombreux produits, tels que les cr\u00e8mes chantilly, les g\u00e2teaux industriels, les glaces, les charcuteries, les sauces et les produits laitiers.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:320\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l&rsquo;Inserm a suivi pr\u00e8s de 100 000 adultes fran\u00e7ais sur une p\u00e9riode de 7 ans. Les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 que les personnes qui consommaient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des \u00e9mulsifiants alimentaires avaient un risque accru de d\u00e9velopper une maladie cardiaque, notamment une crise cardiaque ou un accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:169\">Les risques \u00e9taient particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les \u00e9mulsifiants \u00e0 base de cellulose, tels que la cellulose microcristalline (E460) et la carboxym\u00e9thylcellulose (E466).<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:247\">Les chercheurs ont \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que l&rsquo;ester lactique des monoglyc\u00e9rides et diglyc\u00e9rides d&rsquo;acides gras (E472b), un \u00e9mulsifiant souvent pr\u00e9sent dans les aliments pour enfants (biscuits, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales du petit-d\u00e9jeuner, yaourts\u2026) \u00e9tait associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:194\">Les scientifiques expliquent que les \u00e9mulsifiants alimentaires pourraient perturber le microbiote intestinal, ce qui pourrait augmenter le risque d&rsquo;inflammation et de maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:234\">Ces r\u00e9sultats refl\u00e9tant des avetissements vieux de 30 ans, sont toujours aussi pr\u00e9occupants. Les \u00e9mulsifiants alimentaires sont pr\u00e9sents dans de nombreux aliments consomm\u00e9s quotidiennement.
