Qu&rsquo;en est il r\u00e9ellement ?<\/p>\n<div>Les aliments issus de l\u2019agriculture biologique sont certes d\u00e9pourvus de pesticides mais cela ne signifie pas que leur qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle est sup\u00e9rieure aux autres. En 2003 d\u00e9j\u00e0, l\u2019Agence fran\u00e7aise de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire des Aliments (AFSSA) a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.afssa.fr\/Documents\/NUT-Ra-AgriBio.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">rapport<\/a> sur le sujet. Ces conclusions \u00e9taient claires\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>En l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel des connaissances (\u2026), il ne peut \u00eatre conclu \u00e0 l\u2019existence de diff\u00e9rences remarquables au regard des apports de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence disponibles (ANC), des teneurs en nutriments entre les aliments issus de l\u2019agriculture biologique et ceux issus de l\u2019agriculture conventionnelle<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">C\u00e9cile Frissur, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Synabio, propose une version similaire en 2010, ce mois de mars au MEDEC, et annonce : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il n\u2019y a effectivement rien de prouv\u00e9 en la mati\u00e8re, produit par produit. Des \u00e9tudes ont toutefois montr\u00e9 que les pesticides diminuaient la teneur en polyph\u00e9nols de certains fruits. Mais tout cela reste \u00e0 confirmer et de nombreuses recherches sont actuellement en cours<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le <strong>Professeur Henri Joyeux<\/strong> (Chirurgien canc\u00e9rologue et directeur de recherche en nutrition et cancer &#8211; Institut du Cancer et Facult\u00e9 de M\u00e9decine de Montpellier<strong>) <\/strong>nous propose avec le<strong> Docteur Mariette Gerber<\/strong> (Groupe d&rsquo;\u00c9pidemiologie m\u00e9tabolique, Centre de recherche en canc\u00e9rologie, Inserm-CRLC, Montpellier) une \u00e9tude d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et facile \u00e0 lire pour r\u00e9sumer les propos suivants \u00ab\u00a0<em>L&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00e9tait d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer le niveau de contamination et la qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;aliments issus de diff\u00e9rentes pratiques culturales dans une perspective de pr\u00e9vention nutritionnelle. Des pools de 22 aliments issus de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique (AB) et conventionnelle (AC), ainsi que de 3 produits avec appellation d&rsquo;origine contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (AOC) et de 4 issus de l&rsquo;agriculture raisonn\u00e9e (AR) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s. Les \u00e9chantillons \u00e9taient majoritairement de m\u00eames origine, souche, vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et maturation. Divers contaminants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recherch\u00e9s, et les micro-nutriments d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat, mesur\u00e9s. Deux \u00e9chantillons AB et 5 AC sur 16 \u00e9chantillons de chaque origine contenaient des contaminants. 7 sur 9 \u00e9chantillons animaux et 8 sur 13 v\u00e9g\u00e9taux AB ont montr\u00e9 un avantage nutritionnel.
