Avec le taux avoisinant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les 0,5 %, il faudrait en boire exag\u00e9r\u00e9ment pour se retrouver saoul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le probl\u00e8me vient peut \u00eatre de l&rsquo;appellation elle m\u00eame.<\/strong><br \/>D&rsquo;aucuns pensent que cette bi\u00e8re est une boisson autoris\u00e9e aux enfants. Pour l&rsquo;avoir vu de mes yeux, je souhaitais rappeler que le principe d&rsquo;addiction commence par l&rsquo;accoutumance. Le go\u00fbt, la saveur, la texture feront se porter l&rsquo;adolescent vers la version \u00ab\u00a0naturellement\u00a0\u00bb plus adulte et alcoolis\u00e9e. Un enfant n&rsquo;ayant pas eu l&rsquo;habitude de go\u00fbter \u00e0 ce genre de boisson sera moins tenter de \u00ab\u00a0glisser\u00a0\u00bb vers sa version forte. Du moins c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;une \u00e9tude danoise r\u00e9v\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sur le plan nutritionnel,<\/strong> la bi\u00e8re n&rsquo;apporte pas les m\u00eames valeurs qu&rsquo;un jus de fruits. Si un jus contient du sucre liquide facilement assimilable pour un indice glyc\u00e9mique de 50 (jus de pomme) \u00e0 65 (jus de raisin), la bi\u00e8re additionne son propre glucose et le maltose pour en faire une boisson avec un indice glyc\u00e9mique de 110 \u00e0 120 (100 pour le glucose et 10 \u00e0 20 pour le maltose). Serait-elle moins calorique que la bi\u00e8re traditionnelle\u00a0? A vous de juger \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et comment fait-on une bi\u00e8re sans alcool\u00a0? <\/strong>\u00c7a parait \u00e9trange, car le principe de la bi\u00e8re, c\u2019est de l\u2019orge qu\u2019on torr\u00e9fie qui donne du malt, qui ensuite fermente et produit de l\u2019alcool. <br \/>Il existe plusieurs techniques :<br \/>\u2022 Une fermentation tr\u00e8s courte pour avoir peu d\u2019alcool mais avec une bi\u00e8re avec peu de bulles issues de la fermentation. La parade est de rajouter &#8230; du gaz carbonique.<br \/>\u2022 Un syst\u00e8me de filtration.
