L&rsquo;auteur n&rsquo;est pas un influenceur et ne re\u00e7oit aucune contribution des marques. L&rsquo;avis est personnel, assum\u00e9 et impartial.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pendant les vacances, ils vous arrivent de vous retrouver confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des situations d&rsquo;exceptions et de compromis. Pour ma part, je ne consomme jamais de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et muesli pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner. Je leur trouve l&rsquo;inconv\u00e9nient d&rsquo;\u00eatre trop sucr\u00e9es, et syst\u00e9matiquement affubl\u00e9es de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (avec ou sans gluten). Si j&rsquo;ai envie d&rsquo;un petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00ab\u00a0sucr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re piocher dans mes stocks d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux pour me concocter un bol fait maison. Ceux qui me connaissent, ou ceux qui ont lu le petit dernier \u00ab\u00a0Stop aux mensonges dans l&rsquo;assiette\u00a0\u00bb \u00c9d. Eyrolles, savent que je consomme pas de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou pseudo-c\u00e9r\u00e9ales comme le bl\u00e9, l&rsquo;avoine, le riz, etc. Je fuis les compositions riches en amidons, contenant des sucres et trop pauvres en mati\u00e8res grasses de qualit\u00e9. En effet, ce que j&rsquo;explique dans ce livre, c&rsquo;est que notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 consomme trop d&rsquo;amidons, trop de sucres, trop de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et pas assez de bons gras. La raison est simple. On a expliqu\u00e9 pendant 50 ans aux consommateurs que le gras faisait grossir et que le sucre \u00e9tait l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ! Que nenni ! Bref si le sujet vous passionne, je ne peux que vous recommander <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/Stop-aux-mensonges-dans-lassiette\/dp\/2212570465\"><span class=\"s2\">ce lien<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Alors, je disais que pendant les vacances, j&rsquo;ai cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 faire plaisir \u00e0 mon entourage. Je me mets donc \u00e0 lire les listes d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et les comparer et l\u00e0, je d\u00e9couvre un produit de la marque VERIVAL.<br \/>\nLe POWER MUESLI NOIX-GRAINES-FRUITS est un produits <b>BIO, sans gluten, sans levure, sans lactose, sans \u0153ufs, sans c\u00e9leri, vegan, v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, sans c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, sans sucre ajout\u00e9s, sans huile de palme, sans colorants artificiels, sans ar\u00f4mes artificiels et sans conservateurs.<\/b> Que demander de mieux\u00a0?<br \/>\nMe m\u00e9fiant des all\u00e9gations sant\u00e9 sur la face avant des emballages, je continue ma lecture et y d\u00e9couvre la liste des ingr\u00e9dients :<br \/>\nGraines de tournesol*,\u00a0<b>amandes<\/b>\u00a0effil\u00e9es* 15\u00a0%, graines de courge*, figues en morceaux* 10\u00a0% (figues* 97\u00a0%, farine de riz*),\u00a0<b>morceaux de noix de cajou<\/b>* 9\u00a0%, d\u00e9s de pommes*, copeaux de noix de coco toast\u00e9s*, graines de lin brun*,\u00a0<b>noisettes<\/b>* 4\u00a0%, graines de s\u00e9same*,\u00a0<b>amandes<\/b>\u00a0grill\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es* 3\u00a0%, groseilles* 3\u00a0%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Aucune c\u00e9r\u00e9ale en effet ! Toutefois, un petit point n\u00e9gatif pour la pr\u00e9sence de farine de riz associ\u00e9e aux figues en morceaux (m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est en tr\u00e8s faible quantit\u00e9)\u2026 mais sinon, rien de d\u00e9rangeant \u00e0 ce stade !<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Je termine mon analyse en scrutant attentivement les valeurs nutritionnelles. Ce sont elles qui vont informer le consommateur de la quantit\u00e9 de sucre et de mati\u00e8res grasses r\u00e9ellement comprises dans le produit. Bien qu&rsquo;en France, l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique ne soit pas mentionn\u00e9, les valeurs nutritionnelles affich\u00e9es permettent d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;analyser la liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients avec une deuxi\u00e8me lecture. Et l\u00e0 \u2026 agr\u00e9able surprise.<br \/>\nEn plus de toutes les all\u00e9gations d\u00e9j\u00e0 accept\u00e9es et de la qualit\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients r\u00e9unis, je d\u00e9couvre un taux de sucre (15g) trois fois inf\u00e9rieur au taux de mati\u00e8res grasses (45g). Rien de tout cela ! Un D\u00a0!!!<br \/>\nPour les nutritionnistes de cet organisme et pourfendeur de notre sant\u00e9 au quotidien, ce muesli est affubl\u00e9 d\u2019un D pour nous rappeler que ce produit est d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle m\u00e9diocre\u00a0!! On croit r\u00eaver\u00a0!<br \/>\nCe muesli riche en bonne graisse et tr\u00e8s faible en sucre\u2026 serait nutritionnellement inint\u00e9ressant\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>On va jamais donc sortir de cette ineptie nutritionnelle\u00a0?? Je vous laisse juge d\u2019aller v\u00e9rifier sur OpenFoodFact que les <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.openfoodfacts.org\/cgi\/search.pl?search_terms=muesli&amp;search_simple=1&amp;action=process\">mueslis<\/a> et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour enfants bard\u00e9s de sucres, glucose, maltodextrine, oligofructose, glucose-fructose, avoines compl\u00e8tes\u2026 sont mieux not\u00e9es\u00a0!! Je vais le dire simplement et sans d\u00e9tour\u00a0! C\u2019est une honte\u00a0!!<br \/>\nHonte, bien entendu, a un syst\u00e8me de notation qui semble privil\u00e9gier l\u2019id\u00e9e que nous devons consommer des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et du sucre pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9 tout en fuyant les \u00ab bons gras \u00bb. Illogique, d\u00e9suet, dangereux ! Lire cet article de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanutrition.fr\/les-news\/les-recommandations-officielles-accusees-de-faire-grossir-la-population-\">lanutrition<\/a> \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Derni\u00e8re info. Cet article n&rsquo;est pas un fake. Contrairement aux campagnes d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es par le NutriScore et report\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment par un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quechoisir.org\/actualite-nutri-score-campagne-de-desinformation-sur-les-reseaux-sociaux-n66787\/\">article de QueChoisir<\/a>, il s&rsquo;agit ici d&rsquo;une notation r\u00e9elle.
