Dignes volailles \u00e0 consommer* et encourager les initiatives qui respectent l&rsquo;animal et le consommateur.<br \/>\u2022 Les poulets industriels qui se font appeler \u00ab\u00a0<em>poulets<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb par abus de langage dont il ne reste que le nom sous leurs chairs flasques, granuleuses, \u00e0 la peau terne, suintante et tapisse\u0301e de boules de graisses. Entass\u00e9es par millier, marchant sur leurs fientes aux odeurs d&rsquo;ammoniaque qui br\u00fblent leurs pattes et leur abdomen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 leur infliger des cloques (parfois visibles sous les emballages \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00eats \u00e0 cuire\u00a0\u00bb).<br \/>Ce genre de nourriture est une chair \u00ab\u00a0<em>artificielle<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb qui p\u00e8sera \u00e0 terme sur la nature et la sant\u00e9 publique.
