Voici une belle litt\u00e9rature\u2026 Si l&rsquo;on se penche sur les all\u00e9gations visibles sur le facing (la face imm\u00e9diatement visible par le client), on d\u00e9couvre un monde enchanteur. Une substance tr\u00e8s peu ch\u00e8re pour sucre, mais un vrai poison qui rend votre foie gras, comme si vous \u00e9tiez alcoolique ou plus simplement une oie \u00e0 foie gras (lire encadr\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le fructose est le sucre que l\u2019on trouve dans les fruits et dans le miel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat naturel.\u00a0Sous cette forme, il ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me \u00e0 l\u2019organisme. Mais il est utilis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;industrie pour sucrer de nombreux aliments, pur ou associ\u00e9 \u00e0 du glucose (sirop de glucose-fructose, sirop de ma\u00efs \u00e0 haute teneur en fructose). On le trouve dans de nombreuses boissons sucr\u00e9es. Il a remplac\u00e9 peu \u00e0 peu le sucre \u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; le saccharose compos\u00e9 d\u2019une mol\u00e9cule de glucose et d\u2019une mol\u00e9cule de fructose- en raison de son plus grand pouvoir sucrant pour un co\u00fbt inf\u00e9rieur.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Ce fructose ajout\u00e9 est m\u00e9tabolis\u00e9 dans le foie.
