Ils sont directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 une marque ou un groupement d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat.<br \/>\nDepuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, je retourne r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en chercher\u00a0[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/?p=55\">ici\u00a0en 2010<\/a>] et [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/?p=49\">ici en 2011<\/a>] pour constater le type d\u2019informations v\u00e9hicul\u00e9es, et\u2026 rien ne semble changer.<\/p>\n<h4>Trois exemples\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<p>A) CHOLEST\u00c9ROL<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Adaptez<\/strong> votre alimentation\u00a0: Le titre est prometteur\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li>Les aliments <strong>\u00e0 privil\u00e9gier<\/strong> pour lutter contre le cholest\u00e9rol\u00a0: P\u00e2tes, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, pain et riz, pommes de terre \u00e0 l\u2019eau, \u00e0 la vapeur, au four. Yaourt light,\u2026 Margarines\u2026 En somme, des f\u00e9culents\u00a0et des laitages !<br \/>\nLes aliments \u00e0 \u00e9viter\u00a0: de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le gras\u00a0! <strong>Remarquez que le mot sucre n\u2019apparait nulle part\u00a0!!<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019information contre le cholest\u00e9rol ne veut pas sortir du sch\u00e9ma lobbyiste poussant \u00e0 la consommation de bl\u00e9, lait, sucre. Incroyable discours radicalement diff\u00e9rent de ceux\u00a0tenus par des scientifiques (ind\u00e9pendants)\u00a0comme le professeur Robert LUSTIG ou David PERLMUTTER. Le bon vieux sch\u00e9ma \u00e9rod\u00e9 consistant \u00e0 fustiger le gras et privil\u00e9gier les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les f\u00e9culents, les laitages et\u00a0le sucre\u00a0!! Bon sang\u00a0! <strong>Un des meilleurs moyens de lutter contre\u00a0le cholest\u00e9rol est d\u2019arr\u00eater\u00a0tout glucide \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9 et de r\u00e9introduire du gras v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et animal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Une marque s\u2019invite pour vendre sa margarine.
