On le retrouve couramment en Alsace ou Lorraine pour les f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. La motivation simpliste est de transformer en produit de masse un aliment traditionnel. Le saumon fum\u00e9, le panettone, sont autant d\u2019exemples de massacre industriels et de grand n\u2019importe quoi. On markete, on fabule, on invente une belle histoire publicitaire et c\u2019est parti. Le but du jeu est de faire croire aux consommateurs que tout le monde a droit aux produits d\u2019exceptions et que justement ces produits sont injustement chers ou inaccessibles. Le sauveur, l\u2019industriel attentionn\u00e9, propose alors une version accessible, mais surtout souvent sans valeurs \u00e9motionnelles, mais \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e (traduisez belle marge pour le fabricant)<\/p>\n<p><strong>La tradition<\/strong><br \/>\nLe Stollen, aussi, n\u2019a pas \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle. Si l\u2019on compare une <a href=\"http:\/\/voyages.ideoz.fr\/stollen-recette-allemande-cuisine-allemagne\">recette traditionnelle<\/a>, nous d\u00e9couvrons ce genre d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients:<br \/>\nraisins de Smyrne, raisins de Malaga, amandes effil\u00e9es grill\u00e9es, oranges et\/ou citrons, massepain, rhum, farine, sel, muscade, levure de boulanger, lait chaud, eau chaude, sucre, beurre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une p\u00e2le copie<\/strong><br \/>\nOn m\u2019a montr\u00e9 un stollen de chez Monoprix, et la lecture des ingr\u00e9dients ne m&rsquo;a, une fois de plus, pas \u00e9tonn\u00e9 et terriblement fait rager. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, je ne mange pas de g\u00e2teau, et encore moins de type industriel, mais je peux vous assurer que mon entourage a r\u00e9pondu de fa\u00e7on coll\u00e9giale quant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 gustative de ce stollen indus.
