Sucre ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S&rsquo;il fallait encore informer sur le danger du sucre, consomm\u00e9 quotidiennement en tant qu&rsquo;aliment de base, voici chose faite.<\/p>\n<p>Une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idf.org\/membership\/wp\/thailand\/diabetes-association-of-thailand\">association du diab\u00e8te de la Tha\u00eflande<\/a> fait tout pour sensibiliser\u00a0le public des\u00a0dangers que le sucre fait peser sur la\u00a0sant\u00e9. Elle a fait appel au talent de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.behance.net\/gallery\/29457117\/Sweet-Kills\">Nattakong Jaengsem<\/a>\u00a0pour illustrer\u00a0une campagne-choc\u00a0encourageant\u00a0le public \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la\u00a0consommation de sucre. Le r\u00e9sultat est incroyablement efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis toutes ces ann\u00e9es en tant que formateur ou conf\u00e9rencier, je me suis donn\u00e9 comme mission de lutter contre les\u00a0produits industriels certes, mais\u00a0surtout <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/?s=sucre\">les\u00a0produits sucr\u00e9s,\u00a0les sucres cach\u00e9s\u00a0et les aliments \u00e0 fort index glyc\u00e9mique<\/a>. Trop de personnes, encore, n\u00e9gligent les effets\u00a0d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res\u00a0d&rsquo;une\u00a0alimentation\u00a0bas\u00e9e sur le sucre. C\u2019est bien qu\u2019il y a un probl\u00e8me et je pense qu\u2019il est politique.<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>Partie\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Gras or not to gras ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>N\u2019oubliez jamais que le gras c\u2019est le go\u00fbt, la vie et la sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Observez ce sch\u00e9ma, la diff\u00e9rence est flagrante et pourtant, la France reste, malheureusement, la sp\u00e9cialiste des r\u00e9gimes \u201clipidiques\u201d. M\u00eame certains centres d\u2019amaigrissement am\u00e9ricains se sont mis aux m\u00e9thodes des r\u00e9gimes \u201cglucidiques\u201d avec de formidables r\u00e9sultats, une vie sociale et pleine de go\u00fbt pour les patients et peu ou pas d\u2019effet \u201cyoyo\u201d. On entend trop de femmes se priver d\u2019avocat, d\u2019huile, de beurre, d\u2019amandes\u2026 par crainte de grossir, tout en mangeant des biscuits lights (\u00e0 la farine et au sucre et\/ou aux \u00e9dulcorants). Les glucides, qui se la jouent discrets pour s\u2019imposer, taille une mauvaise r\u00e9putation aux lipides depuis trop longtemps. Un \u201cbon\u201d r\u00e9gime alimentaire commence par une proportion importante de bons gras pour fluidifier \u201cla machine\u201d et apporter un taux d\u2019om\u00e9ga-3 (\u03c93) indispensables aux bons processus d\u2019\u00e9limination des exc\u00e8s alimentaires. Le gras est indispensable, chez les femmes, entre autres, pour garder la ligne, avoir des r\u00e8gles normales, et pouvoir tomber enceinte.<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>Partie \u00ab\u00a070 ans de\u00a0propagande ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Les informations distribu\u00e9es\u00a0sont\u00a0le symbole d\u2019une machine de propagande, efficace, des ann\u00e9es\u00a070. D\u2019aucuns confondent parfois, volontairement les termes glucides, glucose, et sucre\u00a0; ce qui a la f\u00e2cheuse tendance \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des pr\u00e9conisations, pour le moins, non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es. La notion de \u201csucre indispensable\u201d pour l\u2019\u00e9nergie est diffus\u00e9e \u00e0 coup de sp\u00e9cialistes en blouse blanche. Cela fait sourire et pourtant, qui n\u2019entend pas encore ces \u00e2neries qui vous affirment que si l\u2019on arr\u00eate de manger du sucre (saccharose et amidons), on perd notre \u00e9nergie, on a des carences, voire m\u00eame on se mets en danger. Le message est simple (mais faux) et il passe bien. Les lobbies du sucre peuvent se frotter les mains car en un peu plus de 100 ans, la consommation fran\u00e7aise, de sucre est pass\u00e9e de seulement 800\u00a0g \u00e0 36 kilos\/an\/personne\u00a0! Contrairement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019affirme ce petit manuel des ann\u00e9es 70. Le sucre \u00e9tait bel et bien un condiment avant de s\u2019autoproclamer \u201caliment\u201d lorsque l\u2019industrie du sucre s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e. Une propagande efficace et financ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale. * Truismes\u00a0: En marketing, les truismes sont des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es devenant cr\u00e9dibles \u00e0 force de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition. <\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>Partie \u00ab\u00a0Constat alarmant ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Le surpoids a toujours exist\u00e9, mais cette \u00e9pid\u00e9mie d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 est sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. L\u2019humanit\u00e9 c\u2019est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, de 100\u00a0000 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de cueilleurs-chasseurs au r\u00e9gime alimentaire bas\u00e9 sur le gibier, les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, tubercules et baies. Cette population qui repr\u00e9sente 99,5\u00a0% de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 se portait bien. Ils \u00e9taient grands, vivaient beaucoup plus longtemps qu\u2019on ne le pense et ne d\u00e9claraient pas ou tr\u00e8s peu de maladies. Une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, plus proche de nous, de 600 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations d\u2019agriculteurs-\u00e9leveurs, au r\u00e9gime modifi\u00e9 par leur s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 et ponctu\u00e9 par l\u2019ajout de bl\u00e9 mut\u00e9, de viande d\u2019\u00e9levage et de lait. Cette population commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 souffrir de maladies li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exc\u00e8s de produits raffin\u00e9s, appauvris et mut\u00e9s. Puis l\u2019\u00e9tape qui nous concerne, celle de l\u2019industrialisation depuis seulement 10 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. S\u00e9dentarit\u00e9, transformation de l\u2019alimentation et d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre nutritionnel ont transform\u00e9 en moins de cent ans, la silhouette, la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre de l\u2019\u00eatre humain. Je trouve cela consternant, et nous sommes insolents en imaginant comprendre l\u2019alimentation et la dompter alors que nous ne faisons que la d\u00e9structurer et l\u2019appauvrir.
