Elles manquent de maturit\u00e9. On les cueille vertes. Elles arrivent par des chambres froides qui cassent\u00a0l\u2019once de go\u00fbt que l\u2019on avait. Elles se retrouvent sans nutriments et\u00a0sans int\u00e9r\u00eats nutritionnels au final.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VO\u00a0: Les tomates hors sols contiennent trois fois moins de\u00a0lycop\u00e8ne. C\u2019est \u00e0 dire d\u2019antioxydant que les tomates cultiv\u00e9es en pleine terre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SG\u00a0: Le lycop\u00e8ne, c\u2019est tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la tomate. Une tomate sans lycop\u00e8ne ne sert strictement \u00e0 rien.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>VO\u00a0: <\/strong>Mais alors pourquoi trouve-t-on des\u00a0tomates en hiver ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SG\u00a0: On la\u00a0produit par ce que les consommateurs la r\u00e9clame, mais il est dit que les consommateurs la r\u00e9clame parce que les industriels agroalimentaires soumettent l\u2019id\u00e9e que les consommateurs la r\u00e9clame. C\u2019est un probl\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9ducation en fait.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>VO\u00a0: <\/strong>Voil\u00e0 comment la grande distribution incite\u00a0les consommateurs \u00e0 acheter de la tomate\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SG\u00a0: Un panneau devant les tomates mentionne\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est de saison\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est un sacr\u00e9 clin d\u2019\u0153il. Je ne sais pas si on ne se fout pas de la gueule des gens. C\u2019est de\u00a0saison\u00a0?? C\u2019est quand m\u00eame une belle entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re.<br \/>\nToutes les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de tomates que l\u2019on peut voir ne devraient plus exister, ce n\u2019est plus la saison, elles ne devraient plus \u00eatre l\u00e0. Une tomate qui n\u2019a jamais rencontr\u00e9 le soleil, les insectes, le froid\u2026 Qu\u2019on se le dise. Une bonne tomate est une tomate qui est abim\u00e9e, une tomate qui a souffert. Celle-l\u00e0 n\u2019a pas du tout souffert, c\u2019est une tomate qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 boost\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLe dernier truc \u00e0 la mode c\u2019est ces\u00a0tomates grappe qui ont l\u2019odeur de la branche parce que c\u2019est un v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, donc \u00e7a procure une odeur. Moi je trouve qu\u2019au final cela dupe le client.
