Elle est importante, car elle d\u00e9note et d\u00e9montre l\u2019urgence d\u2019<strong>apprendre<\/strong>, pour <strong>comprendre<\/strong>, et <strong>agir<\/strong> face \u00e0 l\u2019agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Consommer un produit industriel implique-t-il tout une r\u00e9action en chaine\u2009? C\u2019est la question que je me suis pos\u00e9e pour mon livre \u00e0 paraitre \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e\u00a02015.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant, voici les explications de la r\u00e9alisatrice du documentaire \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Que mangeons-nous vraiment\u2009? De la terre \u00e0 l\u2019assiette<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb. Un excellent documentaire qui donne un sentiment de col\u00e8re et de r\u00e9volte. <em>[ Rediffusion sur France\u00a03, le 06 juillet 2015 \u00e0 1h55 ]. On y voit le t\u00e9moignage, en autre de Jean Pierre Berlan*, un d\u00e9fenseur du vivant avec qui j&rsquo;avais partag\u00e9 une conf\u00e9rence au lyc\u00e9e agricole de Valabre. On s&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e9chang\u00e9 nos livres, et lui m&rsquo;avait offert \u00ab\u00a0<i>La Guerre au Vivant<\/i>, Agone, 2001&Prime;, un livre troublant, d\u00e9concertant, effrayant.<br \/>\nJe le cite <\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>Le but du syst\u00e8me agroalimentaire n&rsquo;est pas de nourrir la plan\u00e8te [\u2026] Le but est de produire des profits, quel que soit le <em>co\u00fbt<\/em> pour la plan\u00e8te, quel que soit le <em>co\u00fbt<\/em> pour les gens, quel que soit le co\u00fbt pour la sant\u00e9 publique<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>R\u00e9alisation du documentaire : Linda Bendali, Sophie Le Gall<\/em><br \/>\nCe documentaire politique et \u00e9conomique, v\u00e9ritable \u00ab\u00a0road-movie\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 travers champs et campagnes sur tout le territoire fran\u00e7ais, diss\u00e8que la politique agricole qui a dessin\u00e9 le contenu de nos assiettes, interroge l\u2019agriculture moderne et d\u00e9crypte son saut vertigineux dans la mondialisation apr\u00e8s quatre d\u00e9cennies d\u2019industrialisation. La France est le premier pays agricole europ\u00e9en. Avec 12 milliards d\u2019euros d\u2019exc\u00e9dent commercial, les exportations agricoles sont celles qui rapportent le plus apr\u00e8s l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique. L\u2019agriculture fran\u00e7aise nourrit les Fran\u00e7ais, mais aussi les Europ\u00e9ens. Ainsi, elle produit des denr\u00e9es alimentaires aux meilleurs prix.
