Pourtant, il est tr\u00e8s riche d&rsquo;informations.<br \/>\n<strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; C\u00e9r\u00e9ales 93,8 % (<strong>farine de bl\u00e9<\/strong> 79,4%, <strong>flocons de bl\u00e9<\/strong> malt\u00e9 4,6%, flocons d&rsquo;avoine 1,8%, farine d&rsquo;orge malt\u00e9e 1,5%, <strong>semoule de bl\u00e9<\/strong> 1,3 %, farine de seigle 1,3%, farine d&rsquo;orge 1,3%, farine de sarrasin 1,3%, farine de riz 1,3% :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mon avis : Beaucoup de farines, mais en tr\u00e8s petites quantit\u00e9s par rapport au bl\u00e9 ? L&rsquo;annoncer en grande pompe sur la face avant me g\u00eane. J&rsquo;ai consomm\u00e9 des aliments multic\u00e9r\u00e9ales bien plus riches en diversit\u00e9. D&rsquo;autant plus que le bl\u00e9 est pr\u00e9sent sous trois formes, en farine, en flocon malt\u00e9 puis en semoule, soit au total 85,3%.\u00a0 De plus, il y a un peu cet effet de mode de tout malter, je ne vois pas l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat mis \u00e0 part le go\u00fbt toujours plus prononc\u00e9, plus sucr\u00e9, plus aromatique ?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8211; levure, graines de lin 3,7%, graine de s\u00e9same 3,5%,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>huile de palme<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mon avis : Tout le monde connait le d\u00e9bat sur l&rsquo;huile de palme. Cet engouement par les fabricants est favoris\u00e9 par son faible co\u00fbt, sans vouloir \u00e9couter d&rsquo;une oreille attentive les cons\u00e9quences que cette huile satur\u00e9e, raffin\u00e9e peut provoquer chez le consommateur. Forc\u00e9ment ce n&rsquo;est pas annonc\u00e9 sur la face avant. La charte Harmony n&rsquo;en parle pas non plus et les \u00ab\u00a0engagements\u00a0\u00bb nutrition ne semblent pas s&rsquo;\u00e9garer vers ce petit d\u00e9tail. \/\/ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/?s=huile+de+palme\" target=\"_blank\">Un peu de lecture \u00e0 propos de l&rsquo;huile de palme<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>sirop de glucose fructose<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mon avis : Appel\u00e9 aussi <a href=\"http:\/\/drhyman.com\/blog\/2011\/05\/13\/5-reasons-high-fructose-corn-syrup-will-kill-you\/\" target=\"_blank\">HFCS 55<\/a>, ce sirop de ma\u00efs n&rsquo;est pas du sucre. Tout comme l&rsquo;huile de palme, il n&rsquo;est pas fait mention de cet ingr\u00e9dient tout aussi discutable et inadmissible dans l&rsquo;alimentation. Ce qui m&rsquo;exasp\u00e8re le plus, c&rsquo;est de savoir que LU, en 1846, n&rsquo;utilisait pas ces ingr\u00e9dients controvers\u00e9s que sont l&rsquo;huile de palme et le glucose fructose.
