Le croissant industriel qui voulait devenir croissant artisanal."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Qui, de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration 70\/80, n\u2019a pas \u00e9chapp\u00e9, d\u00e8s 1975, \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 pour les croissants de la marque DANEROLLES ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une boite en carton o\u00f9 se nichait une p\u00e2te \u00e0 croissant\u2026 industrielle.<\/p>\n<p>La magie, pour nous enfants, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque \u00e9tait de l\u2019ouvrir. L\u2019explosion et son \u00ab\u00a0ploc\u00a0\u00bb ajoutaient \u00e0 l\u2019aventure pour un enfant.<br \/>\nCela nous donnait l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre p\u00e2tissiers et le croissant \u00ab\u00a0tout chaud\u00a0\u00bb inondait de son odeur caract\u00e9ristique toute la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Je n\u2019ai plus acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la recette de l\u2019\u00e9poque, mais voici la recette actuelle :<br \/>\n<span class=\"field\"><a href=\"https:\/\/world-fr.openfoodfacts.org\/produit\/8713788118363\/danerolles-croissants-for-the-oven\">Liste des ingr\u00e9dients<\/a> : \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>farine de\u00a0<span class=\"allergen\">bl\u00e9<\/span>, eau, margarine (graisse de palme, huile de colza, eau, \u00e9mulsifiant : mono &#8211; et diglyc\u00e9rides d&rsquo;acides gras, sel, acidifiant: acide (citrique), dextrose, gluten de bl\u00e9 poudres d lever: disphosphotes, carbonates de sodium, sucre, <span class=\"allergen\">beurre concentr\u00e9<\/span>, alcool \u00e9thylique, sel, ar\u00f4mes, stabilisant: alginate de sodium, agent de traitement de la farine: acide ascorbique, Contient<span class=\"allergen\">: lait<\/span>, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales contenant du\u00a0<span class=\"allergen\">gluten<\/span>\u00a0(<span class=\"allergen\">bl\u00e9<\/span>)\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>On est loin de la recette \u00ab\u00a0pur beurre\u00a0\u00bb de mon boulanger.
