Je n&rsquo;ai \u00e0 priori aucun avis d\u00e9favorable sur le process industriel (la m\u00e9canisation en quelque sorte), sauf que la liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients de ce muffin ne correspond pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;image que je me fais d&rsquo;un produit, sign\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Quality Baked Goods\u00a0\u00bb (<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"hps\">Qualit\u00e9<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de produits de boulangerie<\/span><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u00a0De qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/strong><br \/>\nOn a tendance \u00e0 confondre (ou \u00e0 nous faire oublier) que la <strong>qualit\u00e9 sanitaire<\/strong> et la <strong>qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un produit<\/strong> ne sont pas les m\u00eames choses. Je ne doute pas une seule seconde de la \u00ab\u00a0qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb sanitaire de ce produit, mais ne suis pas convaincu par la qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle, par la qualit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que de la recette.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s visite du site de ce produit [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.colorado-cookie.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\">voir le site<\/a>], je constate que celui-ci insiste sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 fait maison et traditionnel **. J&rsquo;en d\u00e9duis alors, na\u00efvement, qu&rsquo;un muffin (de surcroit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de recettes traditionnelles) est fait avec du beurre, du lait, du sucre, de la levure, des p\u00e9pites de chocolat, de la farine et des \u0153ufs.<br \/>\nMais alors pourquoi y trouve t-on du E322 (Lecithine), de l&rsquo;amidon de bl\u00e9, du 471 (Monost\u00e9arine), du dextrose et du E415 (Gomme xanthane) ?<br \/>\nM\u00eame si ces additifs sont autoris\u00e9s et sans danger pour l&rsquo;homme, je ne cuisine pas une recette \u00ab\u00a0fait maison et traditionnelle\u00a0\u00bb avec ce genre d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients ?<br \/>\nIl n&rsquo;y a aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le consommateur de mettre une gomme \u00e9paississante, de rajouter de l&rsquo;amidon, d&rsquo;\u00e9mulsifier les corps gras avec de la l\u00e9cithine de soja.<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1122\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/IngredientsColorado1.jpg?resize=331%2C255\" alt=\"IngredientsColorado1\" width=\"331\" height=\"255\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/IngredientsColorado1.jpg?w=607&amp;ssl=1 607w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.stefaneguilbaud.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/IngredientsColorado1.jpg?resize=300%2C230&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 331px) 100vw, 331px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>CONCLUSION<\/strong><br \/>\nPersonnellement, je n&rsquo;approuve pas ce genre d&rsquo;encas. Je n&rsquo;ai rien contre ce muffin ou contre sa marque.\u00a0De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, je refuse un syst\u00e8me qui, l\u00e9gitimement, recherche un co\u00fbt, une rentabilit\u00e9, mais sous couvert de terminologies et de descriptions flirtant avec les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019artisanat. Au quotidien, mais surtout en milieu hospitalier -pr\u00f4nant la sant\u00e9-, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8rerais y croiser des biscuits -y compris industriels- produits avec des ingr\u00e9dients traditionnels : \u00ab\u00a0Bonne maman\u00a0\u00bb sait le faire si on cherche une version supermarch\u00e9 et \u00ab\u00a0Bonneterre\u00a0\u00bb en version bio en \u00e9picerie sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h6>* Sur la page pr\u00e9sentation, au 1er novembre 2014 :<br \/>\nNos p\u00e2tisseries, majoritairement congel\u00e9es, sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de recettes traditionnelles. Pour les \u00e9laborer, nous s\u00e9lectionnons les meilleurs ingr\u00e9dients.
