Le march\u00e9 du chocolat repr\u00e9sente plus de quatre milliards et demi d&rsquo;euros en France, rapportant pr\u00e8s de 100 milliards d&rsquo;euros \u00e0 travers le monde. C&rsquo;est m\u00eame le troisi\u00e8me plus gros march\u00e9 au monde apr\u00e8s le p\u00e9trole et le caf\u00e9 ! Le processus de fabrication est complexe, de la f\u00e8ve au pr\u00e9cieux chocolat. Les fili\u00e8res du cacao sont tr\u00e8s secr\u00e8tes, soumises \u00e0 une forte concurrence, et les cam\u00e9ras ne sont pas toujours les bienvenues dans les usines de transformation. Les plantations sont toutes situ\u00e9es sur la ceinture \u00e9quatoriale dans des pays en voie de d\u00e9veloppement.
