La plus probante reste la somme abrutissante d\u2019information alimentaire. Pauvre mangeur que nous sommes ne s\u2019y retrouve plus et ne sachant plus a quel saint se vouer, nous dansons au fil de l\u2019eau pour aller de berge en berge selon que cela s\u2019anime plus d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 que de l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>Je n\u2019ai jamais aim\u00e9 les formes d\u2019extr\u00e9mismes et je n\u2019ai jamais fustig\u00e9 un aliment ou une forme de vente. J\u2019informe et apprend aux consommateurs \u00e0 devenir autonomes afin de ne pas \u00ab\u00a0subir\u00a0\u00bb les assauts lobbyistes et ce n\u2019est pas sans mal tant leur voix est puissante, convaincante tant elle est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 vous le faire admettre comme vrai.<\/p>\n<p>\u2028\u2028Un proche, me disait r\u00e9cemment qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas plus de cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 accorder \u00e0 mes propos qu\u2019\u00e0 ceux de l\u2019industrie laiti\u00e8re. C\u2019\u00e9tait sans oublier que, justement, je ne vends pas de lait \u2013 <em>c\u2019est un argument majeur \u00e0 mon sens<\/em> \u2013, mais que surtout je ne lui avais jamais dit de ne pas en boire. Mes propos sont et restent les m\u00eames, buvez du lait si vous le souhaitez, par plaisir et non pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un besoin journalier \u00ab\u00a0<em>culpabilisateur<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb de la part des m\u00e9dias. <br \/>Idem pour le gluten, \u00e9coutez votre corps, pas les c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis qu&rsquo;une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lanutrition.fr\/les-news\/boire-du-lait-ne-protege-pas-des-fractures-nouvelles-preuves.html\" target=\"_blank\">derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude soit parue<\/a>\u00a0<em>\u2013 non \u00e9logieuse<\/em> \u2013 sur le lait, j\u2019ai l\u2019impression que tout s\u2019est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9. J\u2019ai m\u00eame vu sortir un livre et entendu \u00e0 la radio un nutritionniste nous expliquer toutes \u00ab\u00a0<em>les conneries que l\u2019on entend sur les m\u00e9faits du lait, sur le gluten, etc.\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, lorsque j\u2019ai achet\u00e9 le <a href=\"http:\/\/pvsamplersla5.immanens.com\/fr\/pvPage2.asp?skin=pvw&amp;puc=3263&amp;pa=1&amp;nu=last\" target=\"_blank\">Science et Vie 1158 de Mars 2014<\/a>\u00a0pour me rassurer sur toute cette agitation, je n\u2019ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p>Fichtre\u2009??! Est-ce bien Sciences et vie\u2009?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les titres dans un chapitre nomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Entre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et fantasmes\u00a0\u00bb\u2028<\/strong><br \/>Le gluten : Dangereux mais pour tr\u00e8s peu de personnes.\u2028<br \/>Acide gras : Une interdiction totalement justifi\u00e9e\u2028.<br \/>Les nitrates : Leur mauvaise r\u00e9putation est imm\u00e9rit\u00e9e\u2028.<br \/>L\u2019aspartame : Ni vraiment coupable ni tout \u00e0 fait innocent\u2028.<br \/>L\u2019IGF-1 du lait : Des craintes infond\u00e9es et des vertus sous-estim\u00e9es.<br \/>\u2028L\u2019Acrylamide : Forte suspicion, pas de certitudes.\u2028<br \/>OGM : Il n\u2019existe pas de preuve de leur toxicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>Allo, Thierry [Souccar], je ne comprends plus rien\u2009?
